April 22-29 is "We Love Oglethorpe Week" and Friday is Family Friendly Movie Night on the Lawn!!! Oglethorpe Citizens and friends will be bringing their blankets, lawn chairs & coming on over to the Oglethorpe City Park watch a movie under the stars! Free snacks. This is your opportunity to put your products and services in front of the movie goers! The vendor fair will be from 5 - 9 pm. (Set up at 4:30 pm) Movie will start at 7 pm. Vendor rates are as follows:Vendors (food, products, retail services/products)$25 for one vendor table (under the pavilion)-------Fundraising Civic and community organizations, non-profits, churches (Non-profit/501c3 documentation must be provided)$25 for one vendor table (under the pavilion)--------Informative Civic and community organizations, non-profits, churches (Non-profit/501c3 documentation must be provided)FREE---------Vendor GuidelinesAll vendors must bring their own tables and chairs.Limited outlets for electricity are available. Please indicate if you need electric power.(you must bring your own extension cords)Only one vendor/business per space. No exceptions!No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed to be sold or consumed on site. No exceptions!Vendors are encouraged to wear masks and to have hand sanitizer on site when interacting with patrons/attendees. If handling food, you are required to wear self provided gloves.Trash cans will be onsite but all vendors are required to keep their areas clean and tidy. Dumping used oil on premises is prohibited!
