Euphonia is a class unique to Mishiah Yoga that pops up in community spaces throughout Fayetteville and the NW Arkansas area. Euphonia students practice wearing RF (radio frequency) headphones to foster focus and flow as the cues and playlist broadcast into students' lovely little ears. Excess and distracting noise is canceled - creating and encapsulating the individual experience. Euphonia nurtures embodiment, intention, and focus. Mishiah designs each event for relaxing the mind while moving the body. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, your ID (to hold for the headphones - keys work also), and maybe a sweat towel.
