Join Sebago Trout Unlimited for our Climate Change Series Presentation at Maine Fly Company in Yarmouth. Dr. Julia Daly, Geologist and Associate Professor at the University of Maine Farmington, will be presenting on her work studying mountaintop ponds in Western Maine as indicators of climate change. It will be a great opportunity to see some friends, and learn a little more about the status of Maine's environmental and waters.
Dr. Daly focuses her work on landscape evolution and the geologic footprint of Climate Change. Her current research involves studying small mountaintop lakes in western Maine to understand how climate change is altering the mountain regions of the state, and the role these lakes may play as temperatures continue to warm into the future.
