This Spring workshop will refresh your energy and nourish the Wood element. Heather Gwaltney, RYT-200, will lead a yin yoga sequence to help you plant the seeds of growth, rebirth, and renewal. During a lengthened savasana, Adele Muir, Licensed Acupuncturist will give an acupuncture treatment to calm the mind, tap into your intuition and creativity, and detoxify the body.
