Who: This training is available for people of all ages and experience levels. We do ask that, if you bring children, they remain supervised - we are still using power tools on a farm, after all! What: We will be constructing raised beds! We will teach on topics such as general garden planning, what tools & equipment are needed, how to use power tools, safety & PPE, and finally, construction! When: May 20, 2023; 11am-12:30pm. Where: 1040 Vernon St, Huntington, WV 25704. The West Edge Factory is in the Westmoreland neighborhood of Huntington. We will be conducting the training outdoors by our high tunnel. How: Don't worry about that, we've got ya covered! Just bring yourselves, and friends/family if you'd like. We will have mini-raised bed kits available for the first 10 folks who sign up.
