In this pairing we feature food that Ralph and I grew up on. We have homemade polenta with broccoli rabe and olive oil, as well as ricotta stuffed ravioli with fresh tomato sauce. Chicken parm was/is a staple in the Bruno household so it obviously flies its way in to pairing number 3 .Too top it all off we are finishing with Momma Angela's own tiramisu. There will be as much love in the food and wine as we had growing up on these foods! Cheers, Vito
