Our 2nd Annual Business Conference will feature Mr. Ron Busby, President and CEO of the US Black Chambers, Inc., and our special guest all the way from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dr. Freeman Culver, President and CEO of the Historic Greenwood Chamber of Commerce, the original Black Wall Street. The Woman of Color/Man About Town (WOCMAT) Gala, our signature event, is an opportunity for selected women, men, and high school students to be recognized and awarded for their community service and tireless commitment and sacrificing efforts for the good and benefit of this wonderful County of San Joaquin.
