The historic and beautiful Temple Beth Zion will be hosting Earth Day 2023 along with many co-hosts and sponsors.There will be vendors and informational tables, electric vehicles to check out, informative presentations for young and not so young. There will be union representatives to share information on apprenticeships and renewable energy job training. We will have snacks and beverages to enjoy. The event will culminate with a gathering in our sanctuary with music, dancing and poetry. Rev.George Nicholas and Rev. Mark E. Blue, NAACP, Regional Branch President will be speaking about food justice and environmental justice.
