Texas A&M AgriLife Extension in Fannin County will host the Real Estate/Tax Valuation Seminar on April 21, 2023 at the Derrell Hall Education Center, 2505 N. Center St., Bonham, TX 75418 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm. This program will feature Dr. Blake Bennett- Extension Economist, who will discuss the Real Estate Forecast for 2023. Also, Dr. Bennett and Cody Maxwell will discuss the Wildlife Management Plan for the Tax Valuation along with forms to be submitted by the end of April. This program will also feature information regarding wildlife and livestock management to satisfy Agriculture Special Appraisals. This program is $15.00 to attend.
