The morning session is the 2023 Annual Meeting will feature as keynote speaker the Rev. Courtney Reid sharing the growth of Ravenswood Community Services from a simple parish-based feeding ministry to a multi-dimensional ministry. Attendees are encouraged to bring monetary or specific food donations for Ravenswood Community Services school-based program (click on names to go to Amazon link): Canned pasta sauce Plastic jars of peanut butter Kid friendly cereal Cans of chicken noodle soup Attendees will celebrate the Eucharist and share a simple lunch. The Altar Guild Conference will feature as keynote speaker Debie Thomas, an essayist for "Journey with Jesus" webzine, speaking about the spirituality of the Altar Guild ministry. A panel of Altar Guild members will discuss the practical realities of doing this ministry today.
