Panelists include Anna Maria Viti-Welch, Jim Jaffe and David Moore Anna Maria Viti-Welch: Anna Maria Viti-Welch has been in the Insurance industry for over 30 years, and is President of The VITI Companies, a third-generation, family-owned independent insurance agency since 1938 and celebrating 85 years this year. The VITI Companies provides customized insurance solutions for individuals and businesses of all sizes and types. Anna Maria specializes in consulting with small businesses, start-ups and non-profits. The VITI Companies is licensed in most states, and has many insurance company partners, which translates to many options for any type of business.Jim Jaffe: Jim Jaffe is the former COO of Lionfleet, a team of professional consultants providing expert Purchasing and Inventory Management assistance. Jim has a vast experience in multiple leadership positions, acting as President and CEO of six different public and private companies. He also served on three non-profits and four for-profit boards. Jim has mentored multiple entrepreneurs through his collaboration with SCORE & SBDC, as well as consulted on cash and Inventory Management. With a rich international experience after working and living overseas for nine years, Jim is well known for applying his skills to help turning around unprofitable business and educating investors and entrepreneurs in their career journeys.David Moore: David Moore was the founder and CEO of Woodland Foods until his successful exit in 2021. Mr. Moore has served on the Historic Preservation Commission and as Second Ward Alderman in Lake Forest. He is also active on several boards for charitable organizations including the Ruffed Grouse Society, immediate past Chairman, the Board of Governors for Lake Forest Open Lands, Ducks Unlimited President’s Council, Wetlands America Trust, Trustee, Regular Member of the Boone and Crocket Club, Delta Waterfowl, Board Member and The Aldo Leopold Foundation, Board Member. Mr. Moore attended Ripon College and remains as a board member of Woodland Foods.
