As Spring is in full swing let go and release all stress and worry and return to peace within your heart. All you need to do is relax and enjoy the healing sounds of my Crystal Alchemy Bowls and other healing instruments. Heather is a TSHA Certified Alchemy Sound Healer she studied with the Copper Vessel based out of Los Angeles. The following benefits may be received from attending a sound bath: Improved sleep, stress relief, improved emotional well being, relaxation. Please join me at the Holding Space Community in Avon by Sea, NJ. The location is 304Main Street. There is street parking available. Please arrive 15 minutes before session to allow time to check in and settle into your space. The Holding Space has a handful of props for use but we encourage you to bring your own. The following is a list of common items people bring: Yoga mat to lay on Blankets to cover up Pillow or bolsters to prop head and knees Sleep mask or light scarf for over eyes comfortable cloting journal
