THE SPADES TOURNAMENT! THE SPADES TOURNAMENT experience will feature a $10 Fish Baskets, $10 Frozen Drinks, and $5 Green Tea Shots! [ MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT ] DJ Lemon Pepper | Old School, Hip-Hop, Rap, Twerk , R&B [ CHECK-IN TIME, CASH PRIZES AND NUMBER OF TEAMS] Check-in time will be 6pm-630pm with Tournament starting at 645. Cash prizes for 1st and 2nd place will be determined by number of entrees. 8 team min/ 32 team max. There will be 50/50 raffle. [ TOURNAMENT RULES] 1) Style of play will be Ace, King, Queen, Jack and on down. 2) Event Coordinator has final decision on any table discrepancies. 3) No talking across the board about the game, doing so will be a 3 book reduction. 4) Reneging will be a 3 book reduction and doing it twice will eliminate you and your partner from the game. 5) Double Elimination meaning there will be a consolation bracket, and at the end they will still have a chance to win it all. 6) First hand bids itself 7) Winning team is first to 150. 8) Must play whatever hand is dealt. 9) Player to the right of the dealer goes first. 10) Once a card hits the board and the person that threw it is no longer touching it, that card sticks.
