A two-day course specifically designed to build and enhance the special skill sets of Crisis Negotiations Team Leaders. This course is designed to help the team leader to optimize the performance of their negotiation team. Topics of discussion include, CNT selection process, team building, conflict management, leading during a crisis, training development, budget and policy issues, and more.  Refund Policy: D-Prep, Inc. will refund 50% of the tuition fee (or charge a 50% cancellation fee) up to 10 days before the beginning of the course. There are no refunds or credits given for cancellations if made less than 10 days prior to the start date of the class or for classes not attended. A 50% or 100% cancellation charge, based on the above deadlines, will be due if the tuition has not yet been paid.
