Jeff Hovis has been a full time Broker/Realtor with Intracoastal Realty Corporation since 2010. Prior to Intracoastal, Jeff was a local business owner and business consultant since his time in Wilmington. Prior to moving to Wilmington, Jeff worked as the Director of Litigation and Senior Risk Management Specialist for the National Corporation for Housing Partnerships located in Washington, DC. Jeff has worked as a volunteer or board member for WHQR, 1000 People Who Cares Foundation, New Hanover High Schools PTSA Committee, Board of Governors for the City Club at de Rosette, and many other local non-profit companies and organizations. Michael Braddock IIMichael Braddock is the co-founder of The Braddock Group (TBG) and Chief Revenue Officer for Frontier Scientific Solutions (FSS). He brings vast knowledge and success within the Commerical, Residential & New Development real estate market. The Braddock Group is currently involved in several high-profile development projects in the greater Wilmington area, totaling $190M. Michael is responsible for the strategic and long-term vision for both TBG & FSS. Michael currently serves as an Executive Board Member for Boy Scouts of America - Cape Fear Council, a Board Member for the Town of Leland Economic Development Committee (EDC), a member of NCEDA, NCDOT Statewide Freight Advisory Committee, and an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI). In addition to being involved in two successful businesses, Michael is an investor in a multi-family real estate asset portfolio totaling 2,014 units in TX and FL. He is the Past-President for the North Brunswick Chamber of Commerce and Leland Area Rotary Club. He is also a past board member of Communities in Schools (CIS) in Brunswick County. He was consecutively the Top Selling Agent for the #1 Master Planned Community in Southeastern North Carolina. He also served as a Chairman and Vice Chairman for the Town of Leland Economic Development Committee. Michael was honored as a Future 10 Inductee for South Brunswick Magazine & the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce.
