Immerse yourself in a sound healing experience at Eagles Community Center on April 29th. This event is part of our pre-launch and during the event will be taking promotional photographs for our official launch in May. Our event will start with breath-work and meditation, leading into a transformative healing journey with Crystal Quartz Chakra Singing Bowls, ocean drum, and other sound instruments. Sound healing is an ancient practice that has the power to cleanse and re-align the body's natural energy flow as well as release negative energies, emotion and help to break old patterns on a cellular level. Sound healing can also: Relieve anxiety and depression Promotion deeper rest and improve sleep Improve concentration & spiritual awareness Please bring a blanket, yoga mat, pillow for your knees and head, and anything that will make you feel comfortable. Also please make sure to bring bottled water as it will aid in your recovery. Dress comfortably as you will be lying down for this experience. Please arrive on time as it will be starting promptly at 3:30. Additionally, if you feel called you are welcome to bring your crystals to charge.
