Light Path is hosting a Mother's Day Celebration! Join us at Hanai Center for live music, dancing, and community painting! We will begin with a Sound Bath, then a poetry reading of Thea the Seedling. Then we will move outside for uplifting live music. You can dance with your community on the grounds of the beautiful Hanai Center. We will also be creating a community painting. Canvases, paint, and equipment will all be provided, so just bring your Spring cheer and Motherly love, and make art with your beloved community. LightPath is a center of learning, research, knowledge and wisdom to support the advancement of human consciousness. Our programs are based on new understandings in science, wisdom traditions and universal principles that govern harmonious, prosperous living. Music by Bend's Songa Kirtan Group! RAD will be accepting donations of used plastic bags at this event. Please bring your plastic bags that are relatively clean; there is no need to tie them or sort them. We accept most plastic bags, including veggie bags, bread bags, take out bags, shopping bags, and ziplocs. We do NOT the extra thick 5 cent bags you purchase at the grocery store check out, other extra thick bags/cases, compostable bags, plastic pouches (like dried fruit may come in), or other plastic packaging.
