We will get together in a beautiful space at The Biosophical Institute to explore Personal Leadership (PL). Personal Leadership is a practice of reflective inquiry that enables you to discern your best way forward in the face of difference, uncertainty, and change. It consists of two Principles, six Practices, and a powerful process called the Critical Moment Dialogue®.
