The Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) has created a program just for you. The first step to qualify is to attend a FREE five-hour home-buyer seminar. Join our class to learn about the loan programs as well as the whole process of purchasing a home. We will have guest speakers, and lunch Lunch will be provided! Following this class you will have all the knowledge to start the journey of buying a home! You will receive a certificate of completion that lasts for 2 years!
