No matter your age, fitness level, or athletic ability, you’re welcome at Alpha Omega Gym, a new training facility now open in Toledo.
Alpha Omega Gym is inviting the public to a special Community Grand Opening Event at the gym on Saturday, April 15, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Alpha Omega Gym is a 5,000 square-foot training facility with state-of-the-art equipment and expert trainers ready to accommodate all fitness levels. Alpha Omega Gym works with seasoned athletes, Silver Sneakers, or those just starting out on their fitness journey. Alpha Omega Gym is also the official trainer of the Lucas County Special Olympics Powerlifting Team.
This the only gym in the area with a specialty 4,000 square-foot outdoor training area that includes a salmon ladder, grip wall, Viking press, balance beam, climbing ropes and more.
The community is invited to come check out the facility at the Grand Opening, which will include food, raffles, free classes, workout demonstrations and more.
“Alpha Omega Gym is about functional fitness – people need to understand how to move, why to move, and we’re here to help with that,” said Eric Westhoven, co-owner of Alpha Omega Gym. “We’re all about creating an environment where we can encourage, motivate and connect members, and we want the community to see this, too.”
