Surviving Hardship: A discussion of how adopting a trauma-informed approach promotes healing and resilience. May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Join us for a panel discussion with local survivors and experts in the field. Description: Trauma Responsive Frederick believes that understanding the impact of trauma supports the growing need for greater awareness, compassion, and the well‑being of our community. Our expert panelists are trauma-informed in their field of work and lessons gained from life. They will be speaking from their professional and personal perspectives and experiences on the topic of trauma and life-changing events. *Discussion may include topics that are sensitive for some.
