Sound baths help our busy minds get quiet as we shift to a Theta brainwave state and melt into deep relaxation. For many it is a deep meditative state of being a vibrations surround and "bathe" us. A large planetary gong, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, Ocean Drum and more will be used.
I recommend you bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow or cushion for comfort while laying down. You may also want to bring an eye mask. Let me know if you need any accommodations so that you may be comfortable. If you have any medical conditions that may be negatively impacted by sound or vibrations, please consult your health care professional before signing up.
Please arrive about 10 minutes before the 4:00 so that you can prepare for the experience and please silence your phones before coming in. Understand that late arrivals may not be admitted once the sound bath has begun, out of respect for the group's experience.
Open to youth who can lay quietly for an hour, and accompanied by a guardian with a signed waver.
