We Are Samoa California (WASC) is excited to bring this well celebrated High School Arts Festival from Hawaii to California. The festival was established to perpetuate the values and traditions of the Samoan culture through learning and performance, thereby increasing knowledge, harmony, and respect for self and others. The purpose of Pacific Day is to promote the High School Arts Festival for next year. Calling all High School students to bring friends and families and enjoy this free event.
