A person can bleed to death in 5 to 8 minute. By learning a couple simple techniques, you can save a life. In honor of National Stop the Bleed Month, CMH is offering FREE trainings sessions that will show you what to when the unthinkable happens. Attend any of the five one-hour classes on Tuesday, May 16th at Quail Creek Country Club. Classes begin at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
