Spend an evening sipping and learning about what makes Sauvignon Blanc the refreshing wine it is. We will be guiding you through a tasting of Sauvignon Blanc from around the world, and California. In this mini educational class we will be going over the characteristics and history of Sauvignon Blanc. Each ticket includes a tasting of 5 wines, and a complimentary glass of your favorite. Crackers and cheese will be provided to cleanse the palate between tastings. We recommend having a small meal before attending, as food will not be provided. Must be 21 or older to attend.
