สุขสันต์วันปีใหม่! Come celebrate the Thai Buddhist New Year with Asian Student Union, rain or shine! Songkran is a water festival where we have a giant friendly water fight outside with party celebrations. Music is played while people use water buckets, squirt guns, hoses, etc. to playfully splash each other! The symbol of the water is to wash ourselves of all the bad and shower you with good. To wish someone a happy Songkran, you can say, “Happy New Year (sà-wàt-dee bpee mài)!” Please wear appropriate attire, and bring your own towels. We will have a dunk tank and snacks and refreshments for purchase!
