*Admission is FREE, but we ask for you to bring a non-pershable food donation as your "ticket" for the evening. PREFERRABLE pop-top Chef Boyardee items and vegetable squeeze pouches. For May 2023, our Concert For A Cause series will focus on food insecurity and helping youth in the Greater Chattanooga Community. According to the USDA, more than 34 million people, including 9 million children, in the United States are food insecure and many households that experience food insecurity do not qualify for federal nutrition programs, so they visit their local food banks and other food programs for extra support. We wanted to do somthing to help these local programs and organizations and felt our Concert For A Cause series was th way to go! Our May 10th concert will be a special one... and our goal is HUGE. We are aiming to raise enough money to put in a Community Fridge at the 12th and Peeples Camp for our friends currently waiting on housing placement. But, we'll also be launching our NEW COMMUNITY INITIATIVE on May 10th, as part of our partnership with Be Caffeinated. Our dear friends at Feed Table and Tavern are also pulling out all th stops to make this night incredible. We'll have food, a limited cash bar, and an evening of music and storytelling as we learn about the work of Chattanooga Community Fridge and Help Right Here,and work together to help the most vulnerable in our community.
