Please join us for a regional symposium highlighting the REALITi360 monitor simulation system and new integrated ATLAS ALS manikin. This half day meeting will include providers from the Napa / Marin / Santa Rosa area for networking and training opportunities. Current and prospective customers welcome! SUPER-user session. A hands-on session where we will go over the REALITi and ATLAS simulation ecosystem and build a case using each capability of the system. Transitional Simulation session. How to use the flexibility of REALITi and ATLAS to train with partner agencies and healthcare partners. QA-No way. Why didn’t I think of that? Do you ever train with crews after a troubling or underperforming case? Or do you “talk about it?” We will discuss and use QA/QI cases and trends partnered with REALITi and ATLAS to recreate cases that have been highlighted by QA/QI. Don’t write em’ up, train it out! (Please provide QA cases prior to the session for inclusion. Cases can be emailed to [email protected]). Lunch and CE Credits will be available. INSTRUCTOR: Katie O’Connor, MPP NRP Katie started in EMS as a volunteer EMT in high school and has been actively involved in EMS for over 20 years. She has a range of prehospital experience and specializes in EMS education and medical simulation. Her current focus is closing the gap between the classroom and field experience by improving simulation fidelity. Research includes improving diversity and inclusion in EMS education. She has taught in a variety of settings around the world including GW, UCLA, NAEMT, Los Angeles County, and currently teaches primary paramedic in Sonoma, CA.
