Join Rowan County Public Health and HOPE Rowan for Wellness Yoga with instructor Vanessa Dumont. Vanessa is an experienced yoga teacher who hosts Recovery Yoga for people in recovery at the Heart of Salisbury. We will gather at the Concourse Green Space at City Park. Everyone is welcome to attend!
