This workshop is a thorough introduction to cutting, sanding, and finishing wood for all ages! You will leave this 2 hour class with a beautiful set of hardwood coasters for your home or as a gift! NOTE: This class is for Beanlandia members. If you are not a Beanlandia member but would like to take this workshop, you can sign up for a Beanlandia membership here. About the Instructor Lee (they/them) is a welder and woodworker based in New Orleans, LA. They teach classes ranging from tool fundamentals to fine furniture design and fabrication. Lee’s primary goal is to open up the world of making to anyone who wants to learn. When Lee isn’t at the workshop, they can be found supporting folks through their work as a doula or hanging out with their cat, Chicken.
