Let's Plant and Enjoy!! A fun and relaxing afternoon with friends and family or come solo and meet new people. We are going to learn how to create a Kokedama, a beautiful Japanese form of garden art, a unique and beautiful way to display plants and how to take care of them. Connie Higgins will demonstrate multiple ways to build and blend colors before setting you off on your journey to arrange your own masterpiece. ENJOY CONVERSATION, DRINKS, SNACKS AND MUSIC while you work! Enliven your home or garden with kokedama planters by setting them on trays, small stands or by hanging them from rafters or ceilings. It’s especially rewarding to surround yourself with kokedama planters you’ve made yourself. Ticket included all the material that we need to make one Kokedama ball, one plant (assorted plants to choose from) strings and some add-ons. NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! Door opens at 11:45 am to start at 12:00pm Wine by the glass or by the bottles available to purchase. Bring your own snacks. You are welcome to stay to listen to live music after the class.
