Pre-registration is required for all attendees. | Speaker | Rick served over three decades in a professional career as an electrical engineer and leader in the electrical utility field. Rick worked for Nextera Energy, Inc. (FPL), a Fortune 200 company, serving their customers with conventional, solar, and wind energy generation in the area of engineering & information technology management. Rick was fortunate to work on the Lauderdale Plant Repowering Project, the first repowering project in FPL history and the first Reheat Combined Cycle repowering project in the world. Since retiring from Nextera Energy in 2017, Rick is now the President, Executive Coach, and Lead Consultant of RRR Consulting Services, a business execution and leadership company. Additionally, Rick serves his church in facilitating Financial Peace University as a Ramsey Financial Coach by teaching families and individuals God’s way of stewarding finances. Rick is also honored to serve as one of the team leaders for the CBMC Latino monthly luncheon and on the CBMC Board of Directors. Rick has continued his servant leadership by serving his clients and community as a unique and strategic business solutions provider. Rick helps individuals, small and large businesses/organizations/non-profits by equipping them with the knowledge and skills to increase their self-awareness and remove any self-limiting beliefs and barriers that have hindered them in achieving their life and business goals. Rick moved to South Florida from Philadelphia, PA, in 1968. Rick has been married to Vivian, for 43 years, and is blessed with two daughters, Zoe and Andrea. Rick attends and serves at the Local Church in Davie, Florida. Rick is a student of self-improvement and leadership. Rick enjoys the outdoors and camping in his RV, science fiction, movie trivia, and dedicating time to his family and two dachshunds, Stewie & Brunie.
