This full-day interactive Summit will provide attendees with continued support related to the psychological, emotional, and relational costs of first responder occupations. The Summit is free of charge - DONATION amount covers on-site breakfast and lunch (minimal donation suggestion is $15). Focus of the Summit will be placed toward the reality of vicarious trauma , pre-traumatic stress, cumulative career stress, family impact, and battling stigma on a personal and agency level. Attendees will hear candid accounts of human struggle and strength, but with an emphasis on ways to maximize readiness through fortitude and perseverance, while minimizing "noise" from detracting and demotivating sources. Resources and guidance will be generously offered throughout the educational and support summit. Please join us for this important event.
