Have you ever wanted to learn exactly how to decorate a cake? Pastry Chef, Ann LoParo has 17 years professional experience as a Chef and will teach you how to assemble a beautiful cake with the correct tools and tips. We will use a vanilla cake in this class and you will have a variety of toppings to make your cake uniquely yours! This is a cake decorating class. Annie will make the cakes and supply all the materials inlcuding Aprons to use during the class and returned after class. If you have your own favorite Apron, please feel free to bring your own. Please wear non-slip shoes or tennis shoes, as we will be working in a commercial kitchen. You will each be decorating and taking home your individual cakes at the end of class. Class will start promptly at the scheduled time so please allow yourself extra time for parking and if you would like to utilize the cafe before class. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ANYTHING IS NUT OR GLUTEN FREE. If you have any allergies or medical concerns, please inquire prior to signing up. **There are no refunds at any time.**All tickets are non-transferable.** Every person that participates in the class is required to purchase a ticket.
