Healing Room: 10:30 -11:00am - and After Service. If you are in need of a healing touch, prayer or simply an exchange of words, please have a seat in the Healing Room. One of us will join you to share in your request. Coffee, Assorted Hot Teas, Hot Cocoa available before and after service. We differ from the other churches in that there is no one single leader at our Chapel. Different voices are heard each Sunday. We provide an opportunity for people to share their light- not merely an opportunity for our congregation to sit and passively and listen to what one person has to say. Inasmuch as we practice the trinity of humanity (body, mind, and spirit), we hold valid and necessary the evolving of all of these areas of life. We believe that we cannot separate the spirit from the body or the mind from the spirit or the body from the spirit. The Metaphysical Chapel of Life would like to welcome you to their Sunday Service. Membership at The Chapel is open to everyone regardless of any other affiliation with any other church or organization. The Metaphysical Chapel of Life is open to all who seek communion with kindred spirits. All are welcome regardless of their formal religious affiliations. Order of Service: Welcome Opening Prayer followed by The Lord's Prayer Reciting our Declaration of Principles Healing Meditation Lecture by Speaker Closing Prayer Benediction Then we will begin our Message Service: Our Message Service is where our Message Bearers will set aside Ego, connect with Spirit, and provide a brief personal message for each person who desires one. Message Service: 12:00 till 12:30 PM   This is the part of the service where our message bearers will provide a personal message for each of us.  During this part of the service everyone will be offered a message in turn. We ask that attendees on Zoom Please keep your microphone muted until the message bearer calls on you and asks if you would like a message. This will prevent your background noise from interrupting the service. When they call on you, please un-mute your microphone and state your first name.  If you would prefer not to receive a message, just say pass, or not at this time.  The message bearers use your first name as a means to connect with your higher-self, your spirit guides or even a friend or family members who are now on the other side and they will share with you what they receive. All Messages our intended for your Highest and Best Good. The Message Service Begins with opening prayer and attunement of Medium to their Spirit Helpers Offers Message to those in attendance if possible Closing Prayers of Gratitude for the Message Received THE CHAPEL OF LIFE EXPRESSION At the Chapel one of our main goals is the raising up of "Light Bearers" and the edification of the Light of God in each person. A "Light Bearer" is someone who acknowledges the existence of God in their heart; and who chooses to live and act from that point of contact. This is not an easy task, because it is hard to move the ego-self out of the way and to let the God part of us act and be a part of our lives. Our emphasis is on God, not on phenomena; and our message it that God resides inside of every individual, not "out there" somewhere in the sky. That the goal of Humanity is to acknowledge the internal Higher Power that propels us through life, and to consciously choose to allow that Higher Power to work through us. The Metaphysical Chapel of Life has no basis in nor subscribes to any dogma. We strive to operate from the point of Universal Christ Consciousness; and we accept people as we find them. We don't seek to change anyone. People come to the Chapel because they are free thinkers. They are questioners, and they want to hear a different message then the one heard for generations and generations like a broken record. Something inside them has said "Wake Up! There is more to life than this...! - and so they find their way here. The Chapel differs from other Churches in that there is no one speaker. Different voices are heard each Sunday. The Chapel provides an opportunity for people to share their Light - not merely an opportunity for the congregation to sit passively and listen to what only one person has to say. Our Board of Ministers confers over the Spiritual aspects of the Chapel and the Board of Directors manages the business aspects of the Chapel. All decisions are made by consensus, and our belief is that we are all mirrors of each other. We cannot hide from each other and truly discover ourselves. Membership in our Chapel does not require renouncement of any other affiliation. Only a choice to serve the God in yourself - so that you may then prepare yourself to serve the God in others. We extend our hands in grateful service, and we salute The Light in all. This is our Expression.
