Since 2020, Grayhound Group has been providing volleyball and life skills training. Grayhounds is not only a volleyball or sports organization! What began as a place to help athletes physically, quickly turned into conversations about Diet, the role of Spirituality and Mental Health; thus the Grayhound Group was born. Grayhounds train individuals to be sound in Brain, Body and Behavior. The Grayhound Group uses a holistic approach and is supported by a staff of Therapists, Counselors, Mentors, Trainers, Coaches and trained Volunteers.
