Many church leaders face similar challenges in their ministries: shrinking congregations, artificial discord based on outdated traditions and biases, the growing secularization of Christians, and the uphill battle of achieving effective youth discipleship. Despite these obstacles, we at the Christian Leaders Fellowship (CLF) believe that when pastors forsake all humanistic thoughts, transcend artificial denominational and doctrinal divisions, unite together on the sound tenets of the Bible, and engage in exchange and collaboration, we can change the world for Christ. As the cornerstone event, the CLF World Conference has brought pastors and church leaders worldwide since 2017. Through insightful fellowship and sessions that bring us closer to God through worship and exposition of the scriptures, the CLF conference has revived the calling of pastors worldwide.
