WDIY is excited to announce the return of our annual party this spring! Join us on Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 1 to 6 p.m. for WDIY's Family Fun Day — "Groovin' in the Grove" at South Mountain Grove in Allentown. This outdoor event will celebrate WDIY's 28th anniversary on the air. We'll have live music from the Lehigh Valley's own The Large Flowerheads, playing the best music of the 1960s; all-you-can-eat food catered by Cafe the Lodge and South Mountain Grove; beer, wine, and soft drinks served by The Backyard Bar Co.; tricky tray raffles with many great prizes; and fun activities for all ages (brush up on your corn hole toss!). Gates open: 1 p.m.Live music: 2 p.m.Last call: 5 p.m.This event will be rain or shine. Although South Mountain Grove is an outdoor venue, the main eating, music, and raffle area is covered. Free parking. No outside alcohol is permitted. Admission will entitle you to drink tickets which can be used at the bar. All tickets need to be purchased through this Eventbrite form.
