Specialty dinner featuring wines from Cappellet Winery of Prichard Hill and Napa Valley. Executive Chef Briton Dumas has prepared a signature 5 course menu to pair with the best wines from Chappellet Winery. This will be a unique one-of-a-kind experience. Seating is very limited. Since 1967, the Chappellet family has been crafting world -class wines, inspired by the rugged terroir of the California hills. Their vineyard on Pritchet Hill, with its rare tapestry of growing environments, elevations, exposures, and soil types. Chappellet vineyard is recognized as one of the world's preeminent sites for growing Bordeaux varietals.
