Nearly 6.5 million adults in the United States are battling challenges that arise from a diagnosis of heart failure. Navigating this journey can be difficult and weigh heavily on families in numerous aspects of life from physically all the way to financially. Please join the Johnson and Wales Physician Assistant program on a night where we raise awareness for heart failure and support the efforts of the HeartBrothers Foundation in providing families the strong notion that they are not alone in their heart failure journey. Food, drinks will be available and games, raffles will be featured throughout the night!
