Our Heartstrings grief ritual will be a three-hour transformative experience where we'll create a compassionate and inclusive environment for participants to explore and express their emotions. The first hour will focus on setting the context, building trust, discussing the nature of grief, and establishing a safe space for all.The second hour will feature interactive activities, including sentence stem exercises, that allow participants to share their pain and connect with others on a deeper level.Finally, the third hour will include group singing and uplifting activities to uplift spirits and celebrate the power of community in healing.Your presence would be invaluable in creating an atmosphere of love, empathy, and support.
