The retreat was absolutely out of this world. I’ve never done something like that before. During the 2 day event I’ve received so many insights and realisations, released so much pain, resentment and disappointment, processed a lot of harmful emotions, and let go of the stuck energy related to my traumas. The workshop made it possible for me to get into the present moment and connect to my body, which had always been a bit of a challenge for me, tune in with the rhythm of nature and universe, get detached from fear, uncertainty and insecurity, and drop into the heart space, where I managed to tap into my highest self. Receiving signs, symbols, messages and downloads from my highest self was unbelievable. I felt I significantly raised my vibrations, elevated my consciousness, and continued to vibrate at a higher frequency for the rest of the week. What a brilliant experience it has been! I can’t recommend it enough.
