Tammi Gaw is the Founder and Executive Director of Advantage Rule, a consulting group focused on athlete health and safety, with an emphasis on amateur athletes' rights. As one of only a handful of professionals licensed as both an attorney and an athletic trainer, Tammi's expertise extends to the business of college sports, including name, image, and likeness (NIL) reform, Title IX, and medical welfare for athletes of all levels. Through Advantage Rule, Tammi combines her extensive experience in sports medicine, business, and law with her passion for advocacy. Kelsey Trainor is an entertainment lawyer, producer, writer and founder of Invest in Women. She previously served as in-house counsel for a national media company where she oversaw legal and business development for numerous websites, podcast networks, tv/film productions and development, book publishing, and a live 24/7 news network. She also served as in-house counsel for a sports media betting startup co-founded by Kevin Garnett. Prior to that, she worked for the hit CBS series Blue Bloods. Kelsey’s background in production and media has garnered her international attention for views on entertainment and sports law matters. As a longtime women’s sports advocate, Kelsey has built out a successful “Invest in women. Pay women. Hire women” brand and merchandise initiative, worn by the likes of Dawn Staley, Sarah Spain, Grant Williams, CJ McCollum, and more. She has been invited to speak at numerous colleges and universities and has appeared on numerous television and radio programs discussing women’s sports and the law. She has represented numerous professional athletes in men’s and women’s sports as well as actors and Broadway professionals.
