Let your children know that, when it comes to their future, the sky's the limit! You may have a future engineer, builder, game designer, or coder on your hands, and Green Tech is here to inspire their imagination and show them the wonders of a STEM education. Rain or shine, bring your family to this free, all ages event for hands-on science fun! Exciting, mess-free activities will have young people of all ages excited about science as they create and launch their own rocket. Afterwards, stay and enjoy a cookout lunch of hamburgers and hotdogs on us! Young children ages 4 - 9 will have a blast designing planes and building structures out of marshmallows. (Rocket launch is reserved for ages 10 to adult.) Everyone in the community is invited, whether a student at Green Tech High Charter School or not, we'll be glad to see you. Grab a ticket for each of your family members and come see the new Green Tech on Saturday, May 13th, from 10 - 2 pm. This event is completely free; tickets are required. In the event of rain, no need to worry, activities will be moved indoors. "We go the extra mile so that he can go the distance."
