Join local friends new and old for this exclusive event, as we walk through Vietnam's culture featuring filet mignon pho noodle soup, spring rolls with peanut sauce, Cornish game hen with rice and pate, grilled pork banh mi sandwiches, corn milk, Vietnamese coffee, and a sugarcane pressing demonstration. Also, highlighting the night will be dragon dancers, chopstick lessons, education and family restaurant histories. As a thank you to the businesses hosting this event the International Corridor will provide grants for landscape or building beautification.
