It has been 48 years since the fall of Saigon and the Republic of Viet Nam on April 30, 1975. Annually, the Vietnamese community in Santa Clara County, and throughout the United States, come together to honor and commemorate the soldiers of the Republic of Viet Nam and the United States who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect democracy and freedom. The Vietnamese American Service Center is hosting a Black April Commemoration and Service on Friday, April 28, 2023, to share with the next generations and to preserve the heritage, history, and culture of Viet Nam. Together, we will continue to serve and build toward a bright and successful future for all Vietnamese American in Santa Clara County. Đã 48 năm trôi qua kể từ ngày Sài Gòn và Việt Nam Cộng Hòa sụp đổ vào 30 tháng 4 năm 1975. Hằng năm, cộng đồng người Việt tại Quận Hạt Santa Clara, và trên toàn nước Mỹ, vẫn cùng nhau tưởng niệm những chiến sĩ đã hy sinh để bảo vệ tự do dân chủ. Trung Tâm Phục Vụ Việt Mỹ sẽ tổ chức lễ tưởng niệm Tháng Tư Đen vào Thứ Sáu, ngày 28 tháng 4 năm 2023, để chia sẻ với các thế hệ sau về việc bảo tồn giá trị lịch sử và các di sản văn hoá của Việt Nam. Cùng nhau chúng ta sẽ tiếp tục xây dựng một cộng đồng vững mạnh để hướng tới một tương lai tươi sáng và thành công cho tất cả người Mỹ gốc Việt ở Quận Hạt Santa Clara.
