Because we understand what it is like to come home and have so few understand us, to feel a loss of meaning and purpose, a strange new paradigm in an old and smaller, dirtier, looking place, to battle our demons… AND to make it through with friends at our side. We're living it as well. Our veterans & their families are our center purpose and drives us to provide the best services we can to them. Martial arts are a great way to provide a sense of belonging to the veteran & their families. We provide other services to the veterans as well to alleviate stressors from their lives. Veterans have used martial arts as a way to deal/cope with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder instead of relying on prescription pills and or alcohol, this is a more healthier choice.
