Welcome The SISU Summer Throwdown is a two day, Partner CrossFit Competition hosted by CrossFit SISU in Excelsior, MN. Over 200 athletes will compete in four different workouts in Partner Rx, Intermediate and Scaled divisions. REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 31ST!! Why: CrossFit SISU loves having fun, we love summer, we love our CrossFit community and of course we love a little healthy competition. So why not continue an awesome tradition? This year will be the 8th annual SISU Summer Throwdown. What: The SISU Summer Throwdown is a two Day CrossFit Competition and Summer Party with over 200 athletes participating in Same Sex and Co-ed Partner Rx, Intermediate and Scaled divisions.
