Canning: The Pickling Process

Description

This hands-on experience will focus on the pickling process for cucumbers and more. You will be able to take your food home, so please bring a box with you as the jars will still be hot. Materials are provided in class. Space is limited to 8 people, one ticket per person. Must pay in advance before registration ends on May 3 at 5 pm. Cash or check is also accepted. If the class is full, please register for our waitlist. Each entry on the waitlist equals one ticket. NOTE: Classes and events may be canceled at any time due to low registration or other circumstances, with full refunds issued for paid events.
