Learn more about what UESF has to offer and receive help applying for various grants to offset high utility bills including: Low Income Heating Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) which pays heating bills even when in terminated or shut-off status and repairs broken heating equipment. Customer Assistance Program (CAP) which adds credits to PECO bills for low-income families.Customer Responsibility Program (CRP) which places PGW customers with large arrearages on affordable monthly arrangement. Note: Utility services cannot be restored during this event. There will be raffles, give-a-ways, and light refreshments.
